By accessing or using the pending-media.com website (“the Site”) and/or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

2. Services Provided

Pending Media offers real estate media services including (but not limited to) photography, videography, drone footage, virtual staging, and editing services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

To book a shoot, you must complete our online form or contact us directly. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payments are processed securely via third-party platforms. We do not store credit card information.

5. Turnaround Time

Standard delivery for photos and videos is typically within 24–48 business hours unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on project size or volume.

6. Usage Rights

Clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property or business. Pending Media retains copyright unless explicitly transferred.

Media may not be resold, reused for future listings, or redistributed without permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to ensure the property is clean, accessible, and photo-ready at the scheduled time. Any delays or additional time on-site may result in additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pending Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. We do our best to deliver exceptional quality, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as property sale speed or pricing.

9. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included where stated in your package. Excessive revisions or change-of-mind edits may incur additional fees.

10. Site Content

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Pending Media or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
