Yes! Our team has SentriLock access, allowing us to securely access properties when authorized by the listing agent. This helps ensure smooth, on-time shoots while maintaining professionalism and security.
What areas do you service?
We primarily serve real estate professionals within our active service areas which is in Central Kentucky. If you’re unsure whether your listing is covered, just reach out—we’re happy to confirm.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Shoot times vary based on the size of the property and the services ordered.
Photo-only sessions: approximately 45–75 minutes
Photo + video and/or drone: typically 2–3 hours
Properly prepared homes help keep shoot times efficient and results top-tier.
How should a property be prepared for a shoot?
Preparation makes a huge difference in the final media. We provide easy-to-follow prep guides for both standard shoots and twilight sessions to help ensure the best possible outcome and avoid rescheduling fees.

Note: Twilight prep guidelines apply only to IRL twilights, not virtual twilights.
Do you offer twilight photography?
Yes! We offer both In-Real-Life (IRL) Twilight and Virtual Twilight options. Each has different preparation requirements, which are outlined clearly in our twilight prep guide.
When will I receive my media?
Turnaround times depend on the services ordered, but most standard photo deliveries are completed within 24–48 hours. Video, drone, and specialty media may take slightly longer.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that things happen. However, last-minute cancellations or unprepared properties may be subject to rescheduling fees. Following our prep guides helps avoid any issues.
